Chocolate Pnut Butter Cookies

My affection for the Peanut Butter Zig Zag Soy Delicious ice cream (posted Feb 7th) inspired me to create these new vegan cookies.

Like all peanut butter and chocolate combinations, they are "more-ishly" delicious! And, like most of my sweets they are made without refined sugar and flour (these made with sucanat and barley flour).

These will be a new recipe in my next cookbook, and I would love a suggestion for a name. Coming up with recipe names is not a strength of mine! While I'd like to just assume the ice cream name, that's not an option... so, any ideas?

P.S. A note to my fellow Canadians feeling left out on some of the US flavors... Turtle Mountain informed me that by the end of Spring, several new flavors will be introduced in Canada!! These are Rocky Road, Turtle Trails (YAY!), Mint Chip, and Mocha Almond Fudge.
