Popcorn Sweets!

In addition to making my chocolate bark this year, I wanted to make a treat for the kids. I came up with White Chocolate Cranberry Popcorn and Dark Chocolate Coconut Cranberry Popcorn.

Oh my gosh, this is yummy! I have certainly started a new tradition with this munchable crunchable gift! Next year I will find better packaging for the popcorn, perhaps small tins or boxes.

This recipe will definitely be included in my next cookbook. Since that is some time away, I will post the recipe in the 'New Year'. The popcorn would make a sweet Valentine's Day gift too, don't you think?
